History:
Five years after Evangelion was born, her younger sister, Arcadia came into the world. They lived a good life, their father was a genetic scientist who loves them, and took good care of them. Then, one day, when Evangelion turned 13, she came upon her mutant powers, her ability to manipulate plants. Then, when Arcadia turned 11, she found out that she also has mutant powers! The ability to mold and shape metals. Their father was amazed and even proud at his daughters, telling them to practice more and to keep it a secret. John Crichton wanted to experiment with them, and should he have completed his research, he would publish it, and be the most famous scientist worldwide. Things did not turn out as he planned it though, as his research almost comes to a close, an accident happened. John Crichton died in a laboratory explosion. It was a closed casket funeral, and the girls never did see their father. The death of her father greatly affected Arcadia, who was 12 at that time, making her become wilder, to the point where Evangelion could hardly keep up with her. Then after two years of this, opportunity struck as the city welcomed a traveling fair, filled with circus acts and what not. Arcadia loved going there, and while there she found out about an innate talent she has at pitching and throwing. The circus seemed to have taken notice of this, and as a joke gave her dull throwing knives to throw with. Much to their surprise she was actually better at it then normal throwing. Wanting her for their act, they managed to convince her of how much the circus is fun and how she would love it. So with a backpack and a few belongings, Arcadia literally ran away to join the circus. After 3 months, she did nothing but practice her knife throwing, then finally got her own act as the young knife thrower Arcadia. For 3 years she has stayed with the circus, learning this and that, a bit of gymnastics from the acrobats, a bit on reflexes and sleight of hand from the magician and so on, all the while practicing her powers in secret. The circus traveled around the States, stopping here and there, but not one city appealed to her as much as New York, so saying good bye to her latest friends, she packed her bags again to stay in the city that never sleeps. Arcadia manages to get a very small apartment somewhere in the city, and not knowing what else to do, she started her own business selling custom-made knives. She manages to spread the word through some of her new friends and soon she began having constant customers. After 2 months on her own, a man came up to her by the name of Jagus. He told her about his idea of her selling guns, and when she told him she doesn't know how to do the insides of a gun, he told her to leave that to him, as long as they split the cost fifty-fifty. That is how Arcadia set up her shop, managing to sell custom made guns, knives and other odds'n'ends.

speed to crack a human skull.
