History:
Chance grew up as an ignored only child of an abusive, alcoholic father and a cynical, paranoid mother, the combination of which led to the complete deterioration of his moral fiber. The development of his mutant power was a delight to him, as it allowed him to attain that which he desired all the more easily. Upon reaching the age of independance, he 'convinced' his father to send him to New York, where he hoped to make his own bid for power, economically, socially or otherwise, and have plenty of sinister fun doing so.
