History:
Tug has been a part of the Weapon X program since the first mutants were locked up several months ago. Where he was before, or how the government got ahold of him are unimportant. All his files refer to him as 'Tug' and he's the only member who they don't have a documented history on. No birth certificate. No social security number. Just 'Tug'. Most people in the program are wise enough not to ask questions. Since being brought into Weapon X, he has found himself under a strict lock and key, never out of anyone's sight at any given time, and possessing only limited access to outside stimuli. The lack of privacy every other mutant there feels, Tug has at least three times worse. As a teleporter, he is far more valuable than he rest.

Unusual physical characteristics: Slightly overweight.
Strength level: Tug possesses the normal strength level
for a man his height and build who engages in daily physical
exercise.
Known superhuman powers: Tug is a teleporter who can
bring people to him, but not teleport himself. This is
done through vocal contact at the current time,
typically done via phone. He must have heard the
person's voice once before, preferribly over the phone
or in person. Tape recorded messages won't work.
